Professional Biography
I am Attorney-at-Law Fabrizio Plozner, LL.M., specializing in international business law, corporate law, white-collar crime, real estate law, and technology law. I also represent high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in complex family and inheritance matters. My practice spans German-speaking Switzerland and is supported by a robust international network. While in-depth knowledge of local law is a given, my true added value lies in navigating complex cross-border matters with precision and strategic clarity.
After earning my law degree from the University of Basel in 2005, I pursued advanced studies in international and European law at the University of Freiburg (Germany). In 2010, I completed an LL.M. in International Business Law at University College London.
My professional background includes roles in international trade, innovation management, and legal consulting. These experiences allow me to provide targeted, high-level support to companies, entrepreneurs, and HNWIs operating in complex economic environments. I advise discreetly in five languages: Italian, German, English, French, and Spanish. I am registered with the Bar of the Canton of Obwalden, a member of the Swiss Bar Association, and licensed to practice throughout Switzerland. Since 2015, I have been a partner at Wild Dubach AG, with offices in Sarnen, Pfäffikon, Hergiswil, Zug, Zurich and Basel.
